Pictured below is the SC tensioner assembly.
The dealer services it only as an assembly for $300. Parts houses also sell it only this way BUT for even more money.
Mine is not bad but given the build I’d like to refresh it. I’m referring to the idler pulley that is part of the tensioner. Has anyone sourced a generic replacement? Source info?
The idler is 8-ribbed, 76mm x 36mm 10mm bore with 3mm ‘backspacing’.

Also, while we’re at it… I recall having seen some aftermarket 50mm “small diameter idler” that was sold to replace the lower fixed idler near the crank #5 but I cannot seem to find it offered now. I do have the DSX relo bracket and their 100mm idler.

I have ordered the 70mm lower idler and the Upgrade tensioner pulley that Dedicated offers.
As far as I have found, the DMS offering is the only aftermarket tensioner pulley out there. (incidentally it was priced much higher at 129.95 just a few days ago and now 89.99. Apparently they just now slashed a bunch of prices just in time for me(!)
I will now have the DMS lower 70mm and the DMS tensioner 76mm and also the DSX relo bracket and the DSX 100mm and all of these will support 10-rib. In the event that I need to go to a 10-rib, it will be somewhat less painful than doing all five pieces at once. I don't know of any of these will cause clearance issues with fans...
