there is a youtube video the guy says to clean the end of the hose and that little rubber fitting, accessible through the footwell

which i now see is the same video you linked, did you do what the guy suggests??

he shows how there is a gap around the sunroof so if it doesnt drain fast enough it can overflow and leak through
about 12:10

im just trying to help , people think the drains are clear and they arent, did you watch the guy's whole video? did you actually test how fast your drains clear?
there are 4 drains total

i had a similar leak in a ford probe many many years ago
I fixed it by smearing some marine sealant in there, i suggest pettit anchortec in the red cartridge or 3m fast cure 4200/5200. you can get both in black

make sure its clean and dry and smear it in there neatly. for the bolt you can put some sealant on it or maybe you can fit a neoprene washer behind it
then let it sit inside or cover it until its nice and dry

when you are testing is the roof closed?

Besides the gap along the outer edge The seal between the front and back panel is on like a 30-35 degree angle, I just don’t think the wrap will hold up well.
if anything get a strip of it and try it along the edge but I have a feeling a wrap guy will want to slit the seams
