I haven’t used my HP for a bit, updated to the latest version and I get this. I’ve contacted HP they want an infolog and a debug.dat file. It seems from this error message it’s got something to do with credits. If had my caddy for years with the same computer?

might have to setup the online account and then register it and it all links up if u havnt done that yet, or the file it checks for has changed on your computer and it cant find out now

Not sure I’ve ever done it. Is there someplace that explains how.

they made it online a while back hptuners.com just make an account and add your device to link it to u then in the editor just resync the device

Go to your either your scanner or editor and plug in your interface. Don't have to be connected to the car. Click on the "i" and when the pop up opens click on the "i" again. Once it goes through it information gathering save that file. Because you will need your interface serial number and verification ID it spits out

You need to figure out what is going on with your HP Tuner account because you need to be able to log into your account and go to your devices and import it unless it is already there.

Once you can log into your account you can use the resync interface option under the help tab.
