Work an edge out of the lip and don't be afraid to use a bit of muscle to work it back and forth. It does come out eventually. I've had mine out front and back a couple of times.
How to remove rear fender liner/inner fender/wheel well/whatever. 2010 Sedan
Have all the clips out, but eluding me as to how to get it out from the fender lip that has it trapped.
