I almost didn't comment until I thought about the same issue. My Benz doesn't have this issue... It also doesn't have 1000hp, Porsche... Same deal. Shit. Chevy 3500... Pick two, cheap fast reliable.....
Well it may not directly correlate but still.... This is the best caddi will ever do. The new CT whatever it is... Great... It's still and never will be the quality of a German car period.
Try warranty, try anything but they're all kinda subpar. The difference is... Ease of parts, (for modding but gm cant even get replacement stock parts) I digress on the di injection. Go to your dealer...
If you have a good one maybe you'll get it, but If youve noticed... Shit I waited months for a sc and trans, and a stock block failure.... when I was stock. They try to refuse every claim. Our cars are not perfect but they're fun.
Good luck but this is "American made". That's the best you get for 100k. It sucks but it is what it is. I'm not thrilled with allot on mine but I'm understanding they just won't compete with the euro counterparts..of course until you want to roll race...
and unless you're modded... Lol we lose too..(blackwing could've something special but it was garbage )
Go to the dealer or find a dealer you can work with, aside. Sell the car and buy a 3 series if your head liner is your biggest issue.
Or even better. Have a starliner put in. What we get is what we get. BTW the new ones are gorgeous including the seats How we cant get air cooled seats is beyond me...
But just my 2 cents. Good luck! You'll never get a look like you get with a big cam in these cars where people go, "um... Wtf is that?"
Wasn't insulting you, the head liner is shit, just like allot of it. But you have to take all of it with a grain of salt... Good luck, I'd love the name of the dealer that will actually warranty it and I'm sure a few guys on here would love as well. Most suck.
