Not entirely sure what you’re asking. Are you asking what those specific parameters you have displayed should be at idle?

Yea I want to know if the numbers are good or bad or where is it supposed to be at
that is only the bank 2 long term fuel trims showing 7.8 meaning its adding 7.8% fuel to reach stoich, iat2 is after the blower showing its temp reading

I did a wot on my way to work it went up to 155 and as I let go the throttle it climbed back down to 77 pretty fast , my cooling mods are 160 thermo , varimax pump , hx weapon x , bmr under hood tank , I just wanna know what temp are too high and what temp are to low
no real temp too low as the cooler it is the more dense which means more power can be made, the higher end personally i wouldnt worry about 155 for a pull but as long as there is no knock and it recovers quickly like it did is good, if ur doing like track work or a constant run when it sees the 155 and keeps going higher then id start to consider lower timing and/or little more fuel to keep it safe, usually good when its getting tuned to force it into hot iats and see if its coping with it or if it needs a reduction in timing or slightly richer in fuel, factory tunes are usually overly safe in that area

You can get too low but most people don’t get there in climates where you would be driving the car hard
