Likely control arm bushings. If the shocks aren't leaking they are probably good.

I get the impression that if you got 74k out of the stock shocks and control arm bushings (primarily the uppers) you are doing pretty good. My shocks and upper bushings were toast at 50k. Shocks probably cause it didn't get drive enough, but still.

Like those above mentioned. Check engine mounts and check/spray some wd40 or equivalent on the control arm bushings.
On some of the suspension components it's hard to tell if they are bad. My driver side motor mount looked fine, but was actually broken in half when I took it out, same with end links, and rear shocks showed no signs if leakage till I took them off as well.

I have the same noise going on right now , I was planning on spraying silicone on the bushing and torque the lower control arms again.

First, I used creative steel. Drove it for a year and then the upper ball joints were clicking. Replaced with factory upper control arms after that. I was just being lazy as I did not want to have to cut the new bushings out. I suppose when it is time to do it again I will reuse the creative steel bushings. They are great. I have them zip tied to the peg board waiting to use them again...
