Every single fast GM car I have owned squeaked with the OEM pads. If you read the manual, it’s “normal.” My V is no different. I checked and it’s not the wear indicators.

What aftermarket pads are you guys using? I was looking at powerstop ceramic for the front. They are around 75 bucks.

I believe there's a TSB kicking around for this specific issue? I think the general consensus (could be wrong) is that the OEM pads and rotors for this car are really, really good.

Yes I just had the TSB done. I believe all they do is lubricate the pads where they touch the caliper and piston. So far they've been pretty quiet.
