Hi folks,

I need to roll the fenders on my 06, it has 6 lug wheels. All of the fender rollers are for 5 lug wheels. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks

Hit up some custom car / local body shops. I know that some around here have them to use on customer cars. For a fee of course.....

If you do try this on your own, make sure to warm up the paint / clear coat appropriately prior to starting or you will ruin your paint.

Get yourself a decent fender roller that has a urethane or hard rubber wheel to make contact with the fender, a heat gun, and some patience.

This is an old thread: Widened Sedan Rims PVD Finish & 325/30/19 RE-11's Mounted on Sedan | Cadillac CTS-V Forum (ctsvowners.com)

Photobucket keeps threatening to delete/remove my pics since I don't use it anymore but you can read on the process and amount of heat I used in the process.

EDIT: I see your dilemma now…. Maybe try a bolt on spacer/adapter designed to convert a 6 lug to 5 lug bolt pattern? Bolt that onto the hub then bolt the fender roller to to that adaptor.

The angle of the fender roller tool will have more than enough adjustment to accommodate if the adaptor is 1”!thick or more.
