Electrical 'Block Logic' and 'Control' Diagrams?

You are seeking ladder-logic diagrams detailing the internal programming of the various modules that GM holds as proprietary?
Lotsa luck on that endeavor.
HPTuner and others have reverse-engineered their way into the programs.
THEY are not going to tell you what they found, either.

What, pray tell, are you hoping to accomplish? It may be that if you narrow the scope of your objective enough for others to understand the goal, they may be able to offer some actionable suggestions...

They're good for trouble shooting. I didn't realize getting them for an old car is a big deal.
