Anyone have an explanation of why the line graph becomes so rough at the top of the RPM shown on here?

Not for nothing, but PDFs can be vectors for computer viruses. Instead of posting a PDF, you should post a screen grab of the plot. I don't open PDFs from sources I don't already know I can trust... I recommend the same to my fellow forum members.

Generally speaking, really rough Power/Torque curves at the top end are caused by ignition or fueling problems. (or something busted in the Dyno) The ECM is pulling timing or dumping more fuel because it senses a problem. To figure out what that is, you need something like HP Tuners to log the ECM and see.

It may just look bad compared to most if you do not have smoothing enabled, especially if you're not getting any knock or misfiring and datalogs look clean.

Yeah. That doesn't look like a significant concern. The line is just as choppy in other areas. It's only a few percent deviation, basically "noise", measurement error or error sources in the dyno's hardware.

That looks like no smoothing applied, ask for them to set smoothing to 5 and reprint.
