Not for nothing, but PDFs can be vectors for computer viruses. Instead of posting a PDF, you should post a screen grab of the plot. I don't open PDFs from sources I don't already know I can trust... I recommend the same to my fellow forum members.
Generally speaking, really rough Power/Torque curves at the top end are caused by ignition or fueling problems. (or something busted in the Dyno) The ECM is pulling timing or dumping more fuel because it senses a problem. To figure out what that is, you need something like HP Tuners to log the ECM and see.
