Hi folks, just did my first oil change and wanted to drain the BMR catch can but couldn't figure it out. Noticed a rubber hose coming down to the undercarriage that I assumed was the drain hose but it was completely open, nothing there to retain the oil. Any help and pics will be appreciated. Thanks folks.

So turn the valve, and it drains out the hose. I would still think the hose would be capped at the bottom, no?
You could certainly toss a plug on it. After I drain mine and close the valve on the bottom of the tank, I just spray some brake clean in the hose to get the last of the residue out so it doesn’t drip later.

Mine isn't capped either....just zip tied to make sure it stays in place and easy to find when draining the oil.
