Once the climate control got stuck in C instead of F. I couldn't find a setting for this but after a few power cycles it fixed itself. Every once in a while the climate control will either keep turning it self off on start, or turn off auto mode. It's supposed to remember whatever the setting was when you shut off the car typically. Hasn't done that one in a while though. Lastly and most commonly, damn near every 2 or 3 times I drive, the navigation wont load and just hangs. Usually force quitting it from settings fixes it. I dont really use it often but its annoying to have a stuck loading screen at the split home screen, rather than showing your current location.

Sometimes I like to use the CUE navigation over apple carplay if I want the directions to show on the HUD. However, I live right off of a toll road and only on this toll road it will keep telling me to get off before EVERY toll booth, which is pretty much every overpass. Super annoying. At first I thought maybe the map was old from before it was turned into a toll highway but the map shows the locations of the toll booths correctly so I know thats not the case. I also thought maybe there was a setting to avoid tolls but if there is I couldnt find it. If I'm missing it let me know.

I took it to the dealer and of course they could not replicate, but they did some type of update with no change in this behavior.

When it works right, CUE is really great, but every once in a while I deal with these little bugs and its super annoying. The infotainment in my 17 GMC had zero problems in 5 years of ownership.

Mine crashed while driving last week. The music shut off and it went to the boot screen and was stuck there for about five minutes before it rebooted and the boot screen came on again but actually loaded the main screen properly.

Disconnect the battery, and touch the + & - leads together. It drains the system. Reconnect & restart. It'd be the first thing I do in the case of electronic fault.

At least for me the navigation not loading was fixed in the latest update. That was awhile ago but I don’t think there has been an update since then. Which software version does the car say it has, it should be under settings then about, then the end of the number should be 22.10 if I recall.

Thanks I'll check my version. I did try to do an over the air update in my radio and it hung up while downloading so I gave up after a while.
