I have a 2.45 upper pulley and I wanted to see what lower pulley is the right one , I’m looking at dsx website , asking before I purchase the wrong one lol , so far I have , 2” Long tubes catless TSP , 3” x pipe and corsa touring exhaust , 1050x injectors , air raid intake,flex fuel Sensor , isolator , dsx aux pump , I just want full bolt on e85 🌽, would I need to reinforce the brick and swap out a Hx weapon x ? Lmk thanks

You will want to reinforce the brick even if the car was stock and lowering iAT‘s is needed if you want to take advantage of the increased power. your existing power Would have benefited from that as well

Your existing mods are well into must do cooling mods territory withOUT any new pulleys. Assume you are running HPTuners, have an aeroforce gauge? I'm guessing your IATs are already elevated whether you are monitoring them or not.
You should reinforce the brick right away and upgrade the HX soon.

All of the above - and I'd do a 9.0" lower pulley because mostly stock. The "ideal ratio" is often maxed out at 2.5 / 9.5, and is a decent rule of thumb.

Some will go higher for sure, but the theoretical life of the blower (and efficiency) will drop.

I do have a 10.5" lower pulley for an Innovators West I'll ship to you for $50, but the 10 and 10.5" lowers need an idler pulley relocation bracket to clear.

Also I think he is still on a stock motor.
