Coolant smoke and bubbling

I have a 2012 CTS-V just got it back from getting some work done to it, I took the car to get dyno tuned and it did really fine drive back home and saw that it was smoking white from the engine bay so I open the hood and see it’s coming from the coolant tank and it was leaking some water too sounds like it was bubbling the check engine light did turn I need to get the code checked
