I just acquired a 2013 with low miles from AZ. I'm here in Norcal. It Failed smog for the CAI, they said it doesn't have a CARB # and want $1100 to "Correct The Modification". I figured I could get a new CAI for well under that price point...... Guess I figured wrong. it has become challenging at best.
I contacted the old owner and they said the OE air box is long gone
I contacted Hennessey and they stated that unit was never CARB approved and do not offer anything for cars that old.
Searched the internet and did no find any CAI kits that were listed as CARB approved
Does anyone have a recommendation for a CARB approved CAI that I may be missing?
