CAI for 112MM TB

Hi guys.
Does anybody have experience with the 112MM TB on their CTS-V ?

I have a forged 376,about 10-1 comp, AFR(Mamo) heads and cam.2" Kooks headers dual 3" exhaust,cut outs, stock mufflers.
Kong 2650 blower.With 20-22 psi of boost,on E85, it's almost like we are hitting a wall at 865-875 RWHP (Auto tranny)with the 102TB.
When we installed the 112TB, it gave a big fat zero RWHP gain.
The current intake on it is a Dynospeed 4.5". I wonder if that is the issue. I was thinking of maybe going with a DDP,I heard that maybe they have a prototype that works with the 112TB. I tried to contact them, but haven't had much luck.
Car drives and runs great on the street,so I want to keep it that way.Would love to get to the 900 RWHP mark.
Any suggestions is appreciated.
Thank you

LSA block or iron block? Any reason you're shooting for 900rwhp?

Studded LSA block. It's holding up pretty good so far. It's just a personal goal.If it happends great,if not,we are still happy.
We even tried it with the exhaust removed, cut oiuts open, closed, no gains in power.
curious if you tried it without the CAI ?
DDP DOES make a 112.
one is part of my (nearly complete) build

Kinda, I thought about cutting it up and put the filter where the stock location was.
A 112 won’t benefit most but when you get up to larger engines like 427s and larger blowers like 2650s or 3.0 Whipples there are gains if being spun hard enough.

For the average SBE 376 build there is no need to go beyond 103mm

It has the Kong2650 on it,so maybe it just doesn't want to make more power

There are variables but at a certain point they will make more power if your combo can ingest the air. Sounds like a 103 may be feeding your combo all it needs. Given that it is a 376 that makes sense.

True, might have hit the limit for this combo.

I was also looking at that option. So far DDP hasn't replied to any of my emails after he said that he has a 112mm setup available. If it doesn't work out,I might have to go with the RPM 5" instead.

It would be an option, but the the time that I tried to purchase something from you, you didn't want to ship it to my US address,so I had to purchase it from somebody else.

That sounds odd. We will ship to any US address that is legit. Must be more to the story that I don’t remember if we refused to sell and ship a product within the US. Saying “my US address”implies this may have been through a freight forwarder or border warehouse address, which is something we do frequently. Sometimes people ask for altered paperwork in those situations. Was only offering to help if you can’t get in touch with them.
¿confused?

Just going to jump in here say that I have bought a metric tonne of parts from Lt1Z and he has shipped to me as well as had parts drop-shipped. I’m in Texas, he’s in California. I can’t speak to your history with Matt, just offering my own.
