Button removal on dash

Does anyone know how to remove the center button/knob from the main dash control panel? (Menu / Select button / knob)

I’m trying to disassemble this component but I can’t get the knob off to separate the buttons from the circuit board. The lower part with HVAC controls comes off easy.

It comes out from behind. You haven't removed enough screws.

The knob is soldered in and is a real pain to remove it. I bought a second unit, used, cobbled together one that all the lights worked on. Take not that the CTS V is different from the CTS. Look at the buttons.
