Anyone have any helpful tips on the best way to fix it? Not very important issue but would like to do it right. I was gonna just drill it out and put a screw in it but figured I would ask.

I grinded it then threaded a screw in. Thanks for the help though.

At my shop we use a stud welder from prospot to replace those when we change sheet metal parts on European cars. It places a very small weld on the stud and works great. At home a nutsert would probably be the fastest, but it looks like you figured it out.

I'd personally drop the upper A arm knuckle, grind it out and put a through bolt in it.

But it's also just holding the AC line and not exactly critical.
