Did not get you brother

My point is that the car put down 588 before ( 100kpa) 14.5psi
Now only 390 hp and around it

it not about the numbers

the precise reading I took from the EFI before was 14.5 to 16 psi

What hardware changed between the old readings and the new run?

The internal rebuild parts : Pistons, connecting rod, camshaft, oil pump etc. + the cooling stuff, mighty mouse catch can and these mufflers

Did that for supercharger all good
If you're down gobs of power, it's probably worth doing again.

While you're doing it is a great time to inspect plugs, wires, injector Harnesses, etc. Check the coolant and the oil for contamination.

Does the car idle and drive well? Any other symptoms that might help steer the discussion?

There's a bunch of posts on here about that bypass actuator. Make sure it is adjusted right or it could be leaving the bypass door not fully open. Also test it with a mittyvac. Someone could have put it on wrong or swapped the hoses.

Another thing is with headers you probably aren't going to build 16lb boost you are moving more air through. Also you did not mention if your build significantly increased displacement or not. That much drop in power seems to me to be timing or something
