I've only found one thread on a different forum where they swapped the factory projector lens for a clear one. Colorband and output went up. I know some guys do this when they open the headlight up to spray the housing black.

Looks like the stock CTS lens had better light output to me.

That's interesting. Intensity slightly increased along the cutoff line, and it got sharper as well, but foreground went to shit.

Agreed, the clear lens worsened the output, all it did was make the cutoff sharper.
