If so I cant really tell. The car is so well insulated. Also, I could swear some of the noise is piped in but I cant find any info on that and I don't see a "sound tube" like on the 5.0 mustangs. I can understand the exhaust note changing with modes, but the blower whine nearly disappears in tour.

Its essentially open all the time in track mode however to control drone in certain low speed, part throttle situations, the valves do still move.
