Hey everyone,

my Alternator quit working and I finally pulled it out.
I bench tested it and foud out, the Voltage regulator is shot.

Correct me if im wrong, Im pretty sure that those Regulators are impossible to get seperately.

But maybe there is someone here who has a regulator for sale or knows where to purchase one?

I'm pretty certain it is separate, the bigger problem the repair guy had for mine was tracking the correct PN.

@ Floria-Vee: Yes we had the same problem. But it turned out after a second test, that the Regulator was okay.


So now the Question is, what else it could be. I checked the fuse and the resistance of the +wire from Alternator to Starter, which was good.

I think the "activation" Voltage (Sorry, cant think of the correct translation ) is messed up.
The resistor for the activation of the alternator is inside ecu, correct?
