I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong section. But I just ordered an HO Alt from JS Alternators and it arrived yesterday. Everything looks exactly like my stick alt except it's missing the 3rd mounting arm (side mount) that comes off the rear casing. He assures me it'll be fine just mounting with the 2 front mounting tabs. Does anyone know it this true? Or am I gonna run into problems down the road?

How's that alternator working for you? Was it just plug and play or did you change wiring? Thx

Yes. You want one that's roughly 0.5"-1" shorter than stock. I believe Dayco 5060845 was one. I went with a more complicated option because I'm a freak and love to stress myself out. But check Daycos website and look up our belt. Then look up the model number I gave you. It's should be in the ballpark you wanna be in.
