Alright guys, this is a weird one for me. I've had this issue for a while. I have a DSX E-85 kit installed (came with the car from the previous owner). When I got WOT and at high RPMs, the alcohol content % goes from 64% to 100% randomly. Normal driving it is fine, just happens when at high RPMs. I swapped out the sensor with a new one and that didn't fixt the issue. I checked the connection with that single white wire going into the ECM and that is not loose, I checked the connector that splits off going to the coil pack and that's not loose. I let the car idle while making a scan and I would gently move and wiggle the wires and connections to see if that you cause the alcohol content % to fluxgate and its rock solid. I am at a loss for what this could be. Anyone have any thoughts?

is the sensor in the return line or the feed line ? ive seen those issues when its in the return line and most of the fuel gets used up during a wot or high rpm usage less fuel is returning to be sampled by the sensor

is it altering the commanded AFR when this happens ? it uses HZ so unless its getting interference from something, does it get its power/earth from the coil pack ? could try a separate power/earth as a test first encase the coils are causing a slight drop thats affecting it and try use a earth that the ecu uses

Move the sensor wire as far away from anything ignition or injector wiring related. Noise on that wire will make the percent read like yours. Sensor puts out a frequency between 50 and 150hz. 50 is zero percent, 150 is 100%. Basically any ignition noise or noise from injector wiring gets on the line and it reads max.

I doubt this is the issue
