I have a 2010 Sedan makes over 800rwhp. Cooling mods include Zl1lid, reinforced brick, 5 gallon bumper mounted coolant reservoir tank, Inner chiller, Stock HX pump and stock HX. Pulled my S/C lid this weekend to clean and inspect my brick. In doing so I lost a bit of coolant. After putting everything back together and trying to top off coolant I have what sound like air bubbles in my pump. Only when I shut car off can I hear what sounds like Marbles swirling around in my HX Pump. My current -12an hoses have the surge/top off on the drivers side of the engine bay. I had to do this because when I added a blower spacer and a lid spacer with meth ports, it raised my lid. The factory location of that coolant top off was now to low thus making it difficult to add coolant to the system. We we moved it to the drivers side. My question is who makes a small, 1 gallon coolant reservoir tank? I would like to reroute my hoses back to the passenger side and add a small tank that makes it easier to add coolant and bleed air out of the system. I may have to disconnect it and elevate it above my lid to achieve this hence one of the reasons I’m looking for a small one. Thanks for any input or help in advance.

Send an email to PNR tanks. Put together a sketch with dimensions and what you want for capacity and they will get back to you. I love the tank they fabbed for me, and the extras they did at no charge. Good guys/ company.
Good Luck.

Thanks for the info, I’ll reach out to them.

Being that you have the stock t fill why not use a mityvac?
Didn’t know this could be used to push air out of a closed system. I’ll do some research, thanks for replying.
