Any heat issues? Starter can burn out from heat and you have to let it cool down for it to drop it's resistance. Does your car shudder under load or light throttle? Light throttle is the infamous trans shudder. Heavy throttle under load, might be misfires and causing the diff to throw a code. Any chance you are having issues holding boost under aggressive driving?

I have replaced starter roughly 6 months ago … can be driving normal and it will shudder at WOT it does not shudder and it will hold boost …and at WOT it will throw codes randomly

I think you might be right about an electrical issue. Not sure if grounding, relay, or harness damage. I would check the ECM relay (just replace it, it's cheap) and the ground wire going into the engine bay fuse block first. I'm guessing the harness is going to be a bitch to diagnose intermittent issues on. Is there anything revealing under the freeze frame data?
