Need to change out the front drivers side door seal on my 2013 sedan. Actually it's the one on teh body not the door. Any tips?? Looked for a youtube video but found nothing.

Seal pushes on the pinch weld. Just have to make sure it is clocked so the colors are correctly oriented.
