I recharged my battery and car won't start also my lights and horn works nothing else works.My steering wheel is locked and my key fob doesn't work either I even checked the fuses but nothing...can someone please help me this I'm all out of guess

Really the key fob can shut the car down like such?? If so I'm going to make sure I keep an extra key fob battery in the car.

There's a slot in the center console specifically for allowing a dead fob to start the car.

Nah. I'm bored at work. About 20ish miles away, lol

You mention your steering wheel is locked.
Can you turn your key forward that the dash lights come on? The key will not turn if the steering wheel is binding the lock cylinder in the steering column. Hold the wheel to the left or right when you try to turn the key to release the binding in the column.
