Please don’t bash me for asking. I have been researching all over our forum and the web trying to get a direct proven answer of it exists.planning on doing a 2.55 with injectors, plugs and eventually he and reinforced brick. Car is a 12 sedan auto with 31k. Question is will the stock cats hold with a 2.55. Have been reading that once a pulley is added the stock cats are eventually going to fail. As much as I love loud exhaust I love that it’s a (tame) sounding Cadillac. I don’t want to change the exhaust and want to make sure the cats will survive.

I don’t plan to spin the blower any faster than with 2.55.

And so it begins. Just ordered the griptech 2.55 (kit) from dedicated Motorsports. Up next is reforcing the brick, weapon x he, colder plugs, and id1050s
