I'm running a 10" lower with a stock upper, relocation bracket and stock upper and lower with a 72 5/8" belt. The tensioner is showing right between the two marks on the bracket indicating that the belt is the right length. There looks to be about 3/8" to 1/2" of space between belts on the idlers. Is this a problem? I wanted to get away from using the 50mm idler I have because of the bearing failures I've heard of.

I know it was probably answered but I'm looking for a 2.5/9.1 green belt with the 50/100 idlers

Size is going to be right in between a K080680 and K080685. The 685 is about 5/8" longer. K080680 should squeeze on.

    Hi,

Do you think the quality of this belt is good for 2.55 / 100mm idler / stock ?

    Or BOSCH ?

IMO, the Bando is a better belt. Bando is only in the business of belts and they make good quality stuff. Most cogged supercharger belts are Bando.

Bosch is a big acquisition company. They buy any automotive business they think they can make money on. They move in their bloated operations structure and ruin the profitability of the company and they sell it off soon after. I've worked for two divisions of Bosch and watched this happen both times.

Bumping this thread since I hate to start another new one on the topic.

I am about to add an 8.66 lower. Already have 2.45 upper and 100mm idler.

Can anyone recommend the right size belt? Considering getting a 2.38 just for the hell of it and in that case I know the Gates K080670HD will work.

Likely uses the same size as the 2.38/8.66, but I figure wrong about half the time lol. Just depends on how tight the 670 is on the 2.38 whether you will need a size bigger or not

Hi Chaz, just want to make sure I understood you correctly. Are you saying K080670HD is the correct belt for a 2.38 upper and 8.6 lower? Thanks.

According to the link in the OP, with the 100mm idler yes that's the belt for 2.38/8.6. Not according to me; I have not run that combo yet.
