I just read the back and forths between Unavowed and 550 in the other VOTM thread,,, now this makes sense.. was lost for a minute,, thinking how the fuck is 550 gonna edit that spot. And,,, just for a second I thought to myself,, wow Unavowed is such a nice fellar for doing that..LOL

Place holder my ass, post up your pics and shit.

Unavowed is allowed, cause that shit is just damn funny.

Nice ride AB!
Thanks Red!

I am a bit shocked 550 didn't get in on this.. Slippen!!

Couple more pics

No engine cover

A couple people asked about the intake, here's how I isolated the filter from the engine bay

Short throw with Raceseng shift knob. One of the best things I did to the car!

I'll throw mine into the mix. Not sure I've got much of a shot against my competitors but why not? One has a ton of well executed mods and the other actually has a Corvette engine.

Extra points for low mileage? ;)

The statistical probability of two manual sedans with titanium Recaro interior being on here at the same time is mind bottling!!

Thanks! It's one of my favorites. A buddy took it and edited it from one of the first cruises I did after getting it.

JUNE 17 VOTM

GOODD LUCK

Spekter Werks
I missed out on getting any Spekter Werks CF's. I wanted the Lingenfelter engine cover so bad (to smother my engine!) Glad you got the cool Spekter wing. Your car is Spectacular and Elegant. I voted for you because you have a Great attitude. You've supported the Forum for 6 years and it would be neat if you won.
ps. If you win can I buy your wing? ;) just kiddin'
All three are Beautiful cars. Good Luck.

Thank you.. I appreciate the kind words! The car has been my stress outlet for years now. Love wrenching on it,,, it's definitely therapeutic.. Installed everything on the car except the cam and balancer..

I too liked the Lingenfelter CF engine cover, but it was too pricey to justify,, especially just to hold in the heat..lol. The LSA cover was only like 30 bucks. I did do a lot of cutting on it to make room for the HX hoses and also raised it up a bit and blacked out the letters. Wasn't afraid because if I f'd it up, I could just buy another..lol

Here's a tip you might like.. The weaponX CF wing is virtually identical to the Spekter Werks.. [emoji41]

Next time I'm down in Phoenix for a new tune at BMR, maybe we could meet up, assuming you're in Phoenix of course.

Thanks again

Sure! Scottsdale's just northeast Phoenix. I'll pm you. I wanted to stop by BMR, 2 years ago!

Well... looks like I'm falling behind in the polls. Maybe my mod list isn't long enough... or is it possibly a girth issue? Either way, I need to do something drastic to get back in the race. Maybe I need a more personal touch to my photos? Voters always love a candidate who's approachable... just don't sneak up behind me when I'm reaching for my dipstick. Time to show a little skin for the win!

lmao, what happened to the July CTS-V of the month

#52 ·
I actually won, the thread got deleted when the basement the forum server is located flooded, I was contacted via AOL Instant Messaging and on my pager.
Owners of the Forum had a slow month in traffic due to the snowstorms down South so they could not send me the $100.00, in order for me to get paid and for all of you yutes to still enjoy the Forum before I unplug it, we, owners and I, decided for each of you to PayPal me $13.69, I will post up when it hits a $100.00, so please start now, my PayPal Account is CTSVOWNERSJULY2017WINNER@ASHLEYMADISON.CORP/BOTSWANA/THATDAMNGUY.

Ante up boys!!

If I could just get my car on the banner for even a day so I could get a screen shot, that would be great! I could open up that file and reminisce, maybe even shed a tear or two of joy and pride...

Lol I love that they took the time to delete my thread, but not update the CTS-V of the month in 6 months ;)
