    Dual Map Conversion

Ive done some searching. Anyone have an idea which pin on the ECU is utilized to make this happen?

I would love to know this info also.

I would bet with just E40 we could get full hp tuning. I love true flex fuel cars. Dual maps sucks.

As I understand it, is a matter of rigging a simple switch with 12v power to it, the other pole goes to a pin on the ECU....

Have you experimented with the flex fuel Option in the tune with the diminishing stoich? I don't know about kali, but here the alky content varies per summer or winter...

No, not gonna mess with that at all. Im going to establish a whole seperate map to run straight race gas/methanol. I already have a "high octane" tune due to the torco/meth day-to-day blend. I have found that when I race, i'm running race gas anyway because of my phobia about detonation due to bad fuel.

Steve, I'm very interested in this too. I'm curious as to how you program a second calibration.

Saw your post over "there". Shaun Church has indicated that any switch to 12v power, other pole goes to an ECU pin. I have ben searching and have yet to find which pin the pole gets connected to. I'll keep you posted.
EFI Live has a seamless ability apparently to do the tune...

In the diesel community we were able to us EFI Live and switch between 5 different tunes on the fly. Used a 5 position switch with different resistors and then loaded each tune. If someone can find out what ECU pin then you should be able to run the same set-up as the Duramax.

I think if you search for E67 software on the EFIlive forum it has directions.

Update? Me and my tuners were talking about this today. He has not found the right pin yet either for this PCM.

1INSANEV, you are fortunate that you have an 09. On my 2012, there is no "OS Load" Bottom line on your 09, you should be good to go.

Hava read that thread. They are flashing the PCM to the 2009's and it works.

On another note..... This is a not so useful set up since it is a switch that goes from full pump gas to straight e85 tune via a switch. Whereas we want to be able to interpolate between the various ethanol tables according to the ethanol content of the mixture in the tank.
In order to wire in and get the flex fuel sensor to work we need to know which E67 ECU pinout will read the sensor frequency and duty cycle and apply it to the tables.

    Like the Haltech setup
