3-4 Shift Flares at WOT Need Help!

My 3-4 shift flares at WOT. Every other gear shifts firm and crisp. The 3-4 flares in wot in touring and sport mode. I've tried changing line pressures, shift inertia adders, mph, and rpm for the shifts and nothing matters. Part throttle 3-4 shifts crisp and firm.
Does this sound like an issue in the transmission itself vs tuning? If so, what upgraded/replacement parts can I buy to fix the issue?
Also, I vaguely remember hearing about a transmission overfill procedure. Would this procedure help my situation? If so, what is the procedure?
    Thanks for any help!

You can try it but most likely the clutch pack is toast. That's the most common one on the 6Ls

I have the same issue right now. Short of buying a completely new transmission, how can this be fixed? Are there parts that can be bought to rebuild the transmission?

I'd like to know that too.

I have noticed that sometimes at part throttle in normal mode it flares as well. When I switch to sport mode the part throttle flare goes away. The part throttle in normal is very random and doesn't happen very often.

Got my flare fixed finally. Tweaked a few things in the tune, increased the oncoming pressure presets, adjusted the QE table, and adjusted both airmass a tables. Then did a reset and a quick relearn. She shifts perfectly now.

What I'm wondering is how you got a V1 T-56 to flare at all.
