    Naples CTS-V traded in

OK, so who in the Naples/Ft Myers area traded their CTS-V sedan for a Z06 Vette? I was looking at the Z06s and saw the CTS-V. Salesman said it was just traded for a Z06. I really want to be just like you.

Guys with younger kids go Z06 -> CTSV
Guys with the need to have the latest fad go CTSV -> C7 Z06

I went from C6 Z06 to LS3 M3 to C6 Z06 to CTS-V. For my needs I find that the V is the best out of all of them.

    I had 2 v2's and a C7 Z but sold 1 V and sold the Z to get a V3. Way happier with the V3 over the Z!

Which did you like better out of curiosity? I love my V but have never driven a vet and I've always been a fanatic.

Well, I'm 35 with two little kids and went CTS-V Wagon to C7Z and a Mazda CX-5. I'm loving the new C7Z. It's a completely different experience. I was yearning for the sports car feeling again. The CTS-V still felt like I was driving a typical car with the very upright seating position. Loved the daily comfort and convenience with the performance dichotomy. The C7Z is just a complete beast and you know it every moment (unless you let the exhaust valves close in touring mode). Fit and finish is better than my V2 was. The engine is dialed up another couple notches in comparison and the handling being 1000lbs lighter is a big difference. Then there's the other kind of reminders that you're in a supercar...I'm 35 and I struggle to climb out of it, LOL.

Its sorta a tough call. If I had a C7 Z06 with an auto I think I would have liked it more. I loved the cornering in it. But I have to say I like the V3 better than the Z

Wait until you hit 36 and try to get out of it lol. I looked like a 90yo rolling out and groaning

It's pretty ridiculous actually. Wide door sill. Low seat. I'm finding hand holds to push off of and now use the back of the door cutout. Next I'm just going to log roll out of the car onto the ground (maybe yell that I'm on fire for kicks). I don't know how these 70 year old guys are the stereotypical Vette owner. They get in and can never get out.
