I vote for version 2. It keeps that nice sharp point at the nose. Dope car BTW!

I like 1 and 2. 2 is slightly weird and different from anything else on the market which is why, but the conservative in me likes 2

You're a Houston area guy right? Come to the Woodlands meet up at the end of the month and check out my rocker blades. I thought they'd be too ricer for me but they really are a nice touch. I can't imagine the splitter or the soon to be developed wagon rear diffuser **cough cough!!!** will be any different...

+1...I remember back a few weeks ago, on some other thread, you said you were going to try to incorporate some kind of "replaceable" lip...you know...for people with poor depth perception...

It's this freaking Photobucket. They've been slow and crashing since they did maintenance. I need a new photo hosting site. They're working for me but take a few seconds to open.

A lot of firewalls block photo bucket as well. So peeps at work won't see them no matter what. Flickr is a better option as fewer systems block it as its generally safer. Just a thought.

And regardless I think some tags may be off...

I've got 2 ideas for a plate or track extension. One would be the exact shape of the splitter and maybe 2 to 3" deep to protect from scraping and minor bumping. The other is a plate to connect the 2 tips and extend the front profile.

Is there a way to design it a little "softer" to have a little "give", you know, for those that surf speed bumps...

Since I spent a mint on my full carbon splitter, I'd be in for one that works with yours or V2V's or Ben's, etc. Would DEFINITELY buy a good quality product here as the OE underbelly plastics up front are pretty flimsy.

And you are 100% right to think about scrape protection. The stock setup has a lip that slips smoothly OVER curb stops, then like retractable snake teeth locks in firmly to cause maximum damage when backing out. I hate that shit! Please fix it and take more of my money. Seriously.

Softer as in pulling it in more? On page 2 or 3 we did adjust #2 almost too much. Check it out.

When I say softer, I mean not as "rigid". Maybe it can have a little give, so as not to snap IMMEDIATELY upon any resistance. Probably not possible with CF....so maybe a replaceable plate on the bottom to take the punishment...just a thought, likely not possible or financially feasible...

I'm on PC now and everything showing up fine. Photo tags are before pic. Thanks for the heads up. Opening a Flickr account now. Photobucket sucks lately and more importantly has been deleting some of my favorite 'Booty" pics.

Do they tie into Instagram easily? I'm on IG but sizing and posting photos has been difficult plus once they're on I can't edit or delete them. Kind of a pain. Maybe I need to hire someone to handle all my technical needs and run my website. Dusting and cleaning opening as well.

As far as employees I have a friend that has time to help with these new projects and I may have my cousin take care of the mud flaps/rock guards. He's retired and could use the income. There is a girl that wraps for a living that I'm trying to hire part time. We're negotiating her 'working attire' now.

The last thing I want to do is make people wait several weeks for a product. I don't need that stress on me.

You're suggesting I develop a skid plate/protection for Ben's and Mike's products? LOL No way buddy. I want there's to get damaged so you come to me.

I'm torn about these. My driveway will let me out without rubbing he stock pieces. I've tried every angle . Getting out is handset than driving in.

How about a skid plate under the pieces that would allow some rubbing underneath without tearing them up. The bed liner would be like an eraser on my driveway.

Either a skid plate or an air-ride system. LOL

#2 with the original aggressive point and definitely interested in seeing some more pics of the flaps. A sedan wing would be nice too!

I like version two but without the pointy nose. I think the redrawn one on pg 4 looks more like a factory fit.

if you can keep the box to 2" shipping is almost half that of 3"
When I shipped front lips out I found a place online that sold the boxes very reasonable for small quantities

Pretty much what I was thinking. Something on the bottom that might "slide" over stuff rather than catch and break off...going forward or backward...
