Make a FAQ Section out of old, but comprehensive threads

    Hey guys,

I used to be a moderator on a BMW forum long ago (when I had more time). A big push of mine back then was creating a FAQ section for newbies. It saves a lot of duplicate threads or people going "use the search bro!"

My suggestion is start with really basic stuff like:

    1) How much would it cost to get to 600whp, 700whp?
    2) What are the first mods I should do? What would add the most power?
    3) Are CTS-V's reliable
    4) What pulleys should I get and why?
    5) What's up with the Superchargers failing
    6) Are vagons depreciation proof!?!?

I'm just listing random stuff, but it would take a moderator searching through the threads and just moving them to the FAQ section who knows what's useful and what's noise. Would be totally helpful for noobs like me

I personally would rather see Karch keep the WTB threads... in the WTB section - but I'm OCD like that!

LOL. You'd have to give moderator privileges to a noob with 15 posts.

Think of it as a "work in progress" for you guys though. As you come across a solid thread - just throw it over there. I saw TriTexan link like 10 threads on a "which headers are best" thread. Stuff like that.

    Just moved a few.

You guys have any idea how many times I wake up and have to send out a PM to some guy who posted a wtb or sale thread and didn't meet the criteria? Especially on weekend mornings.

What's the point of logging on to the Internet if I can't be an unreasonable, unempathetic ass to others?
